Recently I decided that I would share my own weight loss journey and self acceptance process with you by creating an online video journal.

I’ve told a few of my family members, friends, clients, colleagues and recently I shared it with an editor of a local magazine. I am committed to do this.

To be honest with you, the idea of that scared the Bejesus out of me! For the most part, I’m a very private person and my weight has always been a very sensitive subject for me. The idea of going on the

internet and sharing that part of my life with you is truly daunting. Yet I want to do it because I know that I have something to offer you that can’t be found anywhere else. As a professionally trained coach, I have a unique blend of experiences and expertise to share with you. By showing you how I tackle my own resistance and fear of being vulnerable, I can offer you ideas and inspiration. I want to share what I know and what I learn in the hopes that it will offer you a ray of hope that you can lose weight and love your body more without giving up your soul in the process.

You see unlike a doctor, therapist, personal trainer or counselor, I’m just a regular gal, It is my sincere wish that you will be inspired by my story and that it will touch you in a way that inspires you to look within and ask yourself the questions that will help you to move from out of your cocoon into being the butterfly that I know that you are.
