The thing that I’ve come to realize is this. One size doesn’t fit all. My style of coaching and/or writing may not be your cup ‘o tea.
I’m a smart cookie, story lovin’ gal who has a lot to say. And unfortunately brevity isn’t my strong suit. The point is this– I’m going to share what I know will serve others my way, because I write for readers who enjoy learning through story. That may not be you.
As one of my former clients shared with me, some people may just want to cut to the chase and get on with it, and get the lesson straight up front, but that’s not how I roll.
I’m not going to lecture you, I’m sharing my experience so that I can connect with your emotions and you will have the chance to see yourself and your challenges in my writing. As a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, I realize the importance of creating change by connecting with your emotions, because it makes it real and important for you.
So if you resonate with my message and my style of teaching and coaching, I want you to know that you’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg of what I have to offer.
As a gal who knows what it’s like to tear herself away from the diet mentality, I understand your reticence in being ready and willing to leave that uncomfortable, yet still kinda comfortable place of sitting on the fence. It’s what you know.
That’s why I’m creating a group coaching program to give you exactly what you need at a pace that is right for you. Using a non diet approach to weight control and dealing with food sensitivities is just the smallest part of what I have to share. And I’ll be honest, it’s also the least significant. What you really need from me as your coach is the expertise that I’ve developed over these past 4 years struggling with my own weight and food addictions. I’ve stood where you are now, and I’ve moved beyond that point, so that makes me the best person to show you the road up ahead. I’m here waiting for you to take that first step forward. Are you ready? Only you will know, but think about this, what I am offering you is so much more than a new paradigm for eating and thinking about your body. I’m here to empower you at every level from the inside-out, so that you will believe in yourself and know that you can meet any challenge you face.

how to love that woman you see staring back at you in the mirror even though she ain’t perfect
And so much more.
