Last night, I held my 4th class in a 6 part series for women called
Losing Weight Without Dieting.
It’s just a working title so I welcome any suggestions.
On the call last night, one of the women named Jewel shared her experience of my program over the past few weeks. Jewel lives in New York. I consider her to be my poster gal and role model for everyone wanting to achieve amazing success in effortless weight loss without dieting!!!!!
Jewel excitedly shared with the group how she lost 10 pounds in just a few weeks using my program. When I asked her what worked the best for her, she said, “a process that you taught the group called, “What Do I Really Want?”
That process although homemade in nature was derived from learning a technique called the TAT Process. Over the past two years, I’ve been a student of a brilliant coach named Maryam Webster. Maryam offers an amazing comprehensive online learning program called,The Certified Energy Coach Program
In the CEC, I acquired a loaded toolbox filled with the best of the best of all the energy coaching strategies and techniques available. Today I use them all liberally with my clients. I highly recommend Maryam’s work.
For your interest, the TAT Process, otherwise known as Tapas Acupressure Technique, is a really simple process that allows the individual to tap into what their true need is in each moment while at the same time, discharging and tapping into certain energetic release points at the back of the head and the forehead region. These points when stimulated activate healing in the body by balancing the flow of energy and thereby restoring your body’s delicate balance.
Inspired by my successful testing of the process on myself, my clients and family, I decided to integrate it into the framework for my program, Losing Weight Without Dieting,
And so I did, very effectively I might add.
That’s what Jewel meant when she said, the process was so powerful.
It is because …
TAT works! It is an incredibly simple, yet effective technique for releasing stress, and discharging toxins from the body.
It is typically used to relieve trauma, allergies, pain and various other anxiety producing symptoms and the causations that create the effect of imbalance and disease in the body.
The original creator of the process is a woman named Tapas Fleming. Tapas credits this humble little technique with healing her of breast cancer.
So I ask you… why wouldn’t this be an effective method for getting to the bottom of what you really want?
