I’ve been sharing with you how much I love the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT. Based on the science of Acunpuncture, EFT is like a needle-free, emotional version of acupuncture. Using the tips of your fingers, you tap gently on various acupressure points on your face and hands as you repeat a set up statement targeting a problem that you want
to eliminate.
The first time I encounted it back in 2004, Gail Bayles, an NLP colleague of mine guided me to dissolve a paralyzing memory of childhood sexual abuse that had haunted me for nearly 32 years.
Within less than 10 minutes, I had gone from shaking and trembling out of control in a full-on panic attack to a state of utter peace and calm and an awareness that forgiveness is a gift that I give myself.
Since that day, I’ve gone on and taught EFT to others and made it my mission to share this amazing gift with the world.
EFT is Powerful stuff. It’s truly changed my life and the lives of so many others who have used it.
But have you ever heard of Faster EFT? Creator, of Faster EFT, Robert Smith takes EFT’s healing high rise to new heights by bringing even more simplicity and elegance to EFT.
In this video, Robert talks about how hating our bodies is actually like cursing ourselves.
He’s brilliant and I’m so inspired by his mirror idea and I’ll definitely borrow that as my source content for my next speaking gig in a presentation for a group of women. Love Robert’s sense of humor. He just makes learning so much fun. Check him out.
