Spent much of today working on a new video for my website. Tomorrow I’ll send it off to my Juicy Woman mailing list and to my Yahoo group and Meet Up gals.
For now, I’d love your help by letting me know what you think. The sole purpose of the video is to give women a quick understanding of what I do and to encourage them to stop dieting and begin the process of making peace with food.
