You hate your thighs but don’t want to commit to long hours at the gym and you refuse to spend a fortune on exercise equipment that will only become a clothes rack. “Exercise is just no fun” you say.

I recommend purchasing an indoor trampoline.  In only 10 minutes a day, you can get a full body workout.  There are a range of moves that you can do on the trampoline. including bouncing on it and even jogging.  You can even purchase a DVD that will direct you through a whole series of exercises to get the most bang for your buck.

I love to listen to CDs or watch DVDs as I jog or bounce on my trampoline. I just feel great after a workout on it.  In fact, it is my secret for getting into the zone when I prepare for a presentation.  There are just so many benefits to this type of workout.

The pumping effect of the up and down motion of bouncing releases stored pockets of stress from each cell in the body.  This works by increasing the weight of gravity on every cell of your body over 100 times per minute. You can imagine this would be like doing a strength training workout and your entire body gaining the advantage of it, including every muscle, bone, ligament, tendon, connective tissue, even the collagen and your skin.

With this activity, the whole body gets the benefit of a “stress flush,” the energy in the body balances and provides an environment for new healthy cells to regenerate.  This increases the health and wellbeing in the body and leads to a stronger, leaner, and better tone from the inside out.

Here’s another goodie. The added energy that is released during a workout on a trampoline can also be accessed by manual methods like tapping, warming or holding a point on the body. This has the same effect as acupuncture, and can just as easily align any energetic imbalances by manipulating the energy meridians throughout our bodies.  Unlike acupuncture, there are no needles involved and it’s so easy you can do it yourself. In addition to the tapping and holding methods, you can also use your thoughts to change your body because YOUR THOUGHTS ARE KEEPING YOU FAT.
