Do you feel helpless and hopeless standing by watching them abuse themselves by overeating? You’re not alone and I have some answers for you. As a mom who’s done it wrong and then gotten it right, I have a lot to share with you about how to support your child to make peace with food and friends with their body. Let me help you. First and foremost beyond everything I do professionally, I’m a mom and as such, I’ve learned a ton of things about how to support your child to make peace with food and friends with their body. As a 47 (edging quickly toward 48) year old mother with 2 teenage kids, I want to teach you everything I know about how to instill a positive body image and harmonize your child’s relationship with food.
Take it from me, because I’ve done it the wrong way and the right way and I’ve learned from my mistakes and I want to help you avoid the same heartache. That’s why I’ve decided to make Mondays Momdays here on my Juicy Woman blog.
I’m eager to hear from you and know what I can do to help you. As a fellow mom, I feel your pain and I’m here to support you and your child to make peace with food and friends with your bodies. Please use the contact form on my Juicy Woman website to send in your questions. You can also catch up with me on Facebook, Twitter or any of my Meet Up groups. Then each week I’ll share my insights and offer solutions to a reader’s challenges. I look forward to hearing from you.
